Tim crafts legislation for smart growth

 

All across Massachusetts there are state-owned properties that are underutilized or vacant. For years, too many of these properties have languished and provided no benefits for the Commonwealth or the municipality in which they are located.

 

Tim Murray, a long-time advocate for Smart Growth developments has led the administration’s effort to bring these surplus properties back to productive uses that help cities and towns and foster important Smart Growth principles.
