Breakthrough Deal on Commuter Rail

After nearly two years of intense negotiations, Tim Murray has announced an important new agreement with the rail road CSX, which calls for the immediate expansion of commuter rail service from Boston to Worcester and paves the way for the extension of commuter rail service to the communities of the South Coast.
